Sara has been the managing partner of Feder Corliss Associates since 2023. She is from California but spent much of her childhood in South Carolina. She matriculated to Spartanburg Methodist College and was a forward on the college soccer team.

After college, she became a flight attendant for Northwest and JetBlue Airlines, where she traveled the world. This is where she likely acquired her early front-line experience in diplomatic problem solving.

How does Sara define her real estate practice? “Our objective is to improve our client’s real estate portfolio using our knowledge and all of the resources we have at our disposal. Our bank of resources is one of the strongest on the Central Coast.”

After exploring this beautiful state, Sara and her family decided to make the Central Coast their home. "We fell in love with the small-town feel of the Central Coast of California. From the magnificent coastline to the fabulous wineries, there is always an adventure awaiting us."

When Sara has free time, she enjoys going to her family’s ranch and riding horses, kayaking in the caves in Shell Beach, watching her son play sports and surf, and volunteering with the Pismo Beach Chamber of Commerce and other local charities.
